Project Spring Forward
Since 2021, Nepal Seattle Society’s Health Committee and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) have been partnering with media outlets and community-based organizations across the state to provide outreach and education about COVID-19 and vaccines to communities with unique cultural, linguistic or access needs.
About Project Spring Forward
Through this project we wanted to continue supporting our community beyond COVID-19. We wanted to prioritize our organization’s goals when it comes to our health and social determinants of health.
With this new grant, we planed to work towards NSS Organizational Sustainability for health equity for our Nepali community members and families living and working in Washington State.
