This documentation is created to formally initiate community building project, which will highlight the objective of the community building, short term/ long term goals, viability of the project, identify risks/ challenges, sustainability of the project, cover financial requirements, identify the key coordinators and Subject Matter Experts to reach out to the community and potential funders.
