The COVID-19 pandemic has us facing difficult challenges this past year. We have lost our loved ones, we have lost our jobs, and we feel helpless as we can’t meet our beloved family members and friends. We all are feeling isolated which can take a huge toll on our mental health.
In our community, we have a saying “ it is what it is” or “येस्तै त हो नि !” This mindset has made us dismiss our mental health. We should be treating our mental health just like physical health. From migrating to a whole new country with a new culture – to trying to fit in, we don’t prioritize ourselves and never put ourselves first.
We want you to know that we are with you! This is why we are here to help you cope with this difficult situation. Despite all the stress, there are ways to manage your mental health during Covid-19.
Kura Manasik Swasthya Ko- Webinar
